Coffee Farmers
Farmer to Farmer’s work is focused in Guatemala and Honduras. We work directly with family coffee farmers buying their organic coffee for an above fair trade price. Buying coffee from these farmers supports them, their families, and their communities. Donating to the coffee farmers helps primarily in Honduras with grants to help build green houses to dry coffee, buy land, construct a new building for storing coffee, and other infrastructure needs as they arise.

Honduras Building Project
Our coffee farmers in Comayagua are constructing a building to store green coffee beans co-operatively. This structure will also serve as a safe place for student housing when hours of travel up and down the mountain for school each day isn’t feasible. Along with everything else, costs for construction have skyrocketed, and although our friends can do a lot themselves, help to secure supplies would make a huge difference.
General Fund /Membership
Donating to the general fund helps Farmer to Farmer put money where the need is. We sent down aid during the COVID pandemic, and the hurricanes that caused devastating mud slides. We gave money to put a roof on Don Antonio’s tutor area where students could study with him and stay dry. We are a small nonprofit, working on a shoe-string budget, and your money goes along way. For as little as $35 a year, you can be a member of Farmer to Farmer. Read more about membership here.
