Don Adalid, is President of the Coffee Cooperative (COFEACOMA) in Rio Negro, Honduras. He’s responsible for the whole operation. His goal is to maintain relationships in the region amongst the coffee growers. He uses sustainable practices like using coffee pumice as fertilizer. He’s a quiet hardworking man. Adalid and his family live in Comayagua where he maintains a taller (workshop) Not only does he take care of coffee productions and numbers. He also runs a coffee pulper repair shop and a small engines repair shop as well. He’s a very humble man with a very long list of responsibilities he does extremely well.
